here in Argentina we have something like this , so sad , is not funny. they dont choose to put it there, it s problem about the value of the land ..

Babiilonia you are right it's not funny, it is a very sad thing. Especially when some of us on here from the US and Europe that have no idea what it's like think it's so funny. When I see things like this it makes me thank God for every day I have it good. I apologize on behalf of some of my inconsiderate, ignorant neighbors.
