"We're listening" my ass. Google for "Dell DPC latency" and "Dell crackling audio" and learn that all of the new Dell notebooks are seriously flawed. They can't even play music without dropouts and artifacts (amongst other problems) and they keep lying about the real reason - flawed board design or BIOS. They are not going to fix it ever.

really? i own a inspiron 1520 and the battery lasts along time. mabie you are setting it to high performance instead of power saver when you are on battery

i haven't had my computer for a long time, i've only had it since december. i recently had to send it back to dell to be fixed because it broke, dell sucks.
