Maybe the Zap Corporation is a little shady, but I own a Xebra and it works as promised. I drive it about 95% of my time behind the wheel. My Xebra is actually on the road now, not some promised miracle vehicle.

Great idea! Let's put one of the only electric car manufactures out of business! Guess how many car manufactures have had vehicles that never went into production?? ALL OF THEM!!!
