Cheney was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Halliburton Company - which got a multi-billion dollar NO-BID CONTRACT to restore IRAQ OIL. (Is that ridiculous or not??) Medical/Oil/Weapon industry is pretty much owned and led by a handful of greedy people like Bush/Cheyne/Rumsfield/Regan - they all have shareholds in the companies which are profiting from Iraq war enormously. If they get charged, the same will follow - they will just make every witness and DA "disappear".
