I suggest you skip dd-wrt and install openWrt kamikazi or whiterussian. Just be sure you know your way in linux. Maybe dd-wrt is more userfriendly.

argh my kids didn't get to my linksys router, but I had a blackout occur while i was upgrading. Now its a brick and the power led keeps blinking. I have WRT54GS router. Anyone know how to reset this thing? I tried hard resetting from the back, but taht didn't work

Thanks for the advice! I ACTUALLY DID kill my kids and things couldn't be better! I've found that by killing my kids, I have a faster gaming connection, more disposable income, girls are much more likely to get involved with me, and my house is quiet and to myself! Thanks for the advice! Gaming couldnt be better!
