Medivh uses 2 out of 3 of the character animations for the Night Elf male dance, which is by default. Blizzard never intended for him to dance in game so they left it at default and moved on. Dosen't negate from it being funny though... just wished it was the Ogre/Moonkin dance. :-(

Personally I never liked it much either, but haven't had much of a chance to expand the capabilities of WoWmodelview to continue future Machinima with it as of yet. I'm obsessed with getting the X,Y,Z and cameras to line up if it's not in the actual game the recording is done. So far haven't got the alignment functions of WMV to work so cant put multiple characters in one scene, which is what I want to do for my next.
