This is pretty cool but you will need to have your desktop open and running, its just a clean VNC. If only those apps could be hosted on some place on the web for free.

Nokia is coming out with a new internet tablet that has wimax on it. The N810 JUST came out DON'T YOU GUYS WITH THE N810 FEEL LIKE WE GOT KICKED IN THE FACE. there's no usb hosting on the n810, how are we suppose to ad an external wimax device. and we payed almost 500 bucks for it. we should have waited for the new N.. who knows and the prices would have dropped like the n800. we got raped. shame on nokia. I feel bad for the hackers that have to hack it again

The tablet is probably running a x-server to which your remote apps can connect to over a ssh tunnel. This only works with applications based on unix operating systems where a GUI can communicate to the xwindows-server trhough a tcp/ip socket.
