Jack Archer wrong. =P He's from a robotech video game made in 2002. This is a video game for Macross made sometime pre-1999

VFX did not have Hikaru and the rest in it, it was a side story with an unknown character set after the original macross like in 2040 something. I have all the macross games minus that of the PC engine. I am a huge fan as well. The game is not Saturn only it was ported to the PS1 back in 99 with with new CG that the Saturn did not have.

This game was ported to the PSone back in 99 it was and did come out for the Saturn first. Its based one the movie and the opening tells you what happened before the movie.
