Just went through the same thing with vonage. They charged me without my knowledge and when I canceled they charged 39.99 fee. I knew nothing about early termination fee.
Vonage won't be in business for long with these kind of business practices. I guess that's why their trying to make all the money they can make right now.

Another pissed off customer here, former customer if they ALLOW me to cancel. Sometimes they don't, you get bills long after you thought you were done with them.
If anyone thinks Franks is an exception, web search Vonage complaints. It's a pattern and this company should be out of business.
