Get a ball, and find a comfort zone on it. Some people with smaller hands like to hold the ball from the middle, as opposed to the end like most people. Sometimes gloves can help get a grip also. Head over to Dunhams or Dicks or whatever sporting goods store in your area and find QB gloves. If they don't work you can just take them back and get a refund. Hope this helps and good luck!

There are many different grips for football. This is just a basic grip that many qbs use.
