actually, it means both... depending on if it's a statement or a question it would be what you did as a statement or what did you do? as a question neither of you are wrong

Aryel88 , What have you done is "Que has hecho", Que hiciste is What did you do?. You must distinguish, What have you done is in past perfect, and What did you do is in Past simple.That is the diference. What language do you speak?, I'm a Spanish teacher ,that's why I know this.
