Nanotechnology refers broadly to a field of applied science and technology whose unifying theme is the control of matter on the atomic and molecular scale, normally 1 to 100 nanometers, and the fabrication of devices within that size range. It is a highly multidisciplinary field, drawing from fields such as applied physics, materials science, interface and colloid science, device physics, supramolecular chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering. Much speculation exists as to what new science and technology may result from these lines of research. Does nothing...you need to understand light fused with technology is the nano...this is scientists playing with dolls...light forms patterns with lasers and glass...Nano is light that is compressed a moving circut or board made of solids...(light) its called reality...stare at your finger (closely)solids not atoms bounce off your finger...little white balls...pattern turns to cloth...stegas...dymire the circut...bio-optics...the charge that is unlimited...

I hardly think what you are talking about below is relevant to the video. As a nanotechnology major I would like to point out that what is being done in this technology at the moment is not building a weapon, haha, but trying to solve some problems in everyday life.
