Since I'm sure few know this outside of Japan, this is the songwriter/vocalist for Mad Capsule Markets. They were on hiatus and this appears to be a solo side project. The animation is typical of Mad Capsule Markets.

It's not supposed to be a wonderful song with a ton of range and melody, it's meant to be a fast paced heavy beat with an impact.
