Dear friends, In late- 2008, Montreal musician Tiga began putting out feelers to various media outfits, offering a no-hold-barred Q&A session to coincide with the release of his new album "Ciao!". I leapt at the chance to interview him, as I'd followed his career avidly since a DJ played "Pleasure from the Bass" at my wedding in 2005. I'll let the interview speak for itself, but I will say that I was impressed by his candor, his aversion to prepackaged soundbites. It was clear he was interested in telling his side of things.
