i love Hermeto. i think he's self taught. he imitates sounds of nature, birds & stuff, in his music. the spirit of innocence and talent that comes with this era of Brasilian music hasn't been paralleled. some of the music coming out of Brasil today is pure garbage, imitating American grunge rock, hip hop, rap. But back in the 50's, 60's & 70's Bossa, MPB & the music of Nordeste were King!

You're joking, surely. Their delight at what they are creating together is obvious and they are pushing their talents places that appears to surprise themselves. They are doing things with material that no-one else could do or has done. Look at the joy on their faces and the big hug at the end.

O Hermeto Paschoal é um monstro de nossa música,um mestre, mas, nessa ocasião, ele colocou a Elis em um sufoco, pois tocou muitos acordes e inprovisos dissonantes e foi difícil a Elis encontrar o tom para continuar en determinados trechos da cançaõ, mas, em se tratando de dois ícones de nossa riquíssima música, tudo deu certo no final! Agora é possível entender o por que da simulação de um soco, por parte da Elis! Viva a verdadeira música Brasileira!!

A Elís realmente cantava muito,senão o bicho ia pegar com essa harmona cabeluda que o Hermeto puxou,minha nossa que sufoco! No final a música foi contemplada com esse momento mágico!
