Vonage should be out of business for the way they treat their customers. I was one, probably still am against my will though I told them to cancel earlier this week then again today. We'll see. Do a web search on them and see how hard it is to cancel and how many extra fees you'll come away owing them. They don't release your number, they transfer you round endlessly or leave you on hold, and promise anything but deliver nothing but another bill.
