There's this old road that runs from Santa Fe to Taos where he saw the truck load of Indians "Bleeding on Dawn's Highway...". It's right by "Black Mesa," and during the Pueblo revolt in 1680, the Indians chased the Spanish Colonists to the top and surrounded them. The colonists waited for help, but it never came and they slowly died of thirst on top of the mesa. If you spend the night on the mesa, you can still hear the Conquestadores clanking around in their armor, waiting for help...
