My opinion is that it doesn't take much to run 13s in a 200hp hatch. I have my own testimonials, but oh well you have your thoughts too. A sleeper is to give the illusion that the car is old, slow or maltreated. This car pulls it off nicely with the steelies, stock paint and the fact that it sounds like any other civic. The camaro didn't have anything done to it, but it has torque and I'd stop searching for one myself if a k20 hatch beat it so easily.

EG civic hatch weighs at least 2000lbs bone stock but considering that this civic had a swap, it could be less if the guy threw out some seats or something. Then add the fat bald dude. Stock LS1 Camaro weighs less than between 3300 to 3500, but power ranges from 310-350. Usually an SS will be closer to 350

If you wanna talk money.....I have a 90 integra that I spent $5000 on(including the cost of the car) and it runs 11`s. Faster than and less cost of that stock camaro or the vette for that matter.

if you had read my comment i said most civics are slow. which is the truth, they are not race cars. granted they can be made to go fast but most are lucky to see 13s. and as for the sleeper comment. a sleeper would be a clean (no rust) car that destroyed the camaro. the civic didnt beat the camaro on the second run, he fell back by a car length. and i doubt the camaro had much done to it. while the civic has a completly different motor in it.

they were friends video taping each other speeding b/c there aint no way in hell that civic is beating a camaro ss he might have a 2.1 liter in his lil civic and the camaro has the same motor they put in a corvette 5.7 baby really dont see it happening unless he has thousands of dollars in his motor and even if thats the case put thousands of dollars in the camaro and it would be unstoppable

im an import guy, but i absolutly hate hondas. 90% of the civics on the road are slow as dirt and everyone of them sounds like shit. that camaro was is 100000x better than that hatch (coming from an STI owner) who cares how fast your hatch is if it looks like your racing to get to the junk yard?
