what makes me laugh is that he claims it's an unloaded weapon... I've heard of this tactic before, but I'd never imagine they think it'd work! I don't have much expirience with guns, and even I know you always check chamber and put it on safety whenever you have it out infront of people.

i'm sure you have seen that before. but in this case, it wasn't..i've read several news articles about this. this guy used to play in the NFL (i think for the raiders) and he is suing the DEA because they fired his ass and for allowing him to be publicly humiliated by "allowing" the video to get out. he's an idiot.

The round was a blank and that is what was ment to happen to scare them into not playing with guns, ive seen that tattic used before. But im pretty sure they are not allowed to do it anymore because its to dangous.
