There is a way to incorporate both into your life. Just get out for a few days and get a group of similar nearby friends and then get together for lans. You socialize as well as game :P. Me and my friends have almost weekly lans and they are quite fun.

same here, we (about 10 of us) have lans every two weeks, and have e big one (50+ peoople) every summer. We try to socialize, but like 3dgameman says in th vid, easier said than done.

Yeah. I was just thinking about that. One answer to this is actually just playing a Wii sports game (best is boxing because you're punching for a long time) with a few friends. You socialize, exercise, and play games! You could also strap ankle weights to your arms for better exercise(not to heavy!).

hmmm...this was an interesting question. How about if you are obessesed with online porn? I mean whats the difference between playing video games all day and looking at porn all day? Both are corrosive to real intelligence. Both destroy relationships and both are fun. I dunno.. Play some stupid game or look at hot naked babes...you decide....LOL...

This was my question and I found the answer useful. I do have a lot of free time at the moment but I was becoming worried about just how much time I was spending on computers. If I started full time work there would be a major conflict between my social life, health and computers. Luckily at the moment Im only part time and I can continute being "obsessed". Thanks rodney.
