You really dislike conductors, don't you? Try playing in a good-sized group without a conductor and see if you can get the same quality, that is if you can play an instrument. If you do, excuse me, but you should know better!

to see a proper conductor who is layed back check out the William Tell Overture (Part 2) then you will see this guy here is just flat out redundant will his idiotic theatrics

Right; delete him and it wouldn't be an equation any more. He might have strong expressions while conducting but it doesn't mean he's "retarded". And you know what's worse: an applause with no one receiving it.

dont you see how he thinks hes the shit? and he is bowing to the audience as if all the credit goes to him. delete him from the equation, and the outcome would have been very similar
