I saw the movie SPrtacus with Kirk Douglas. IT was cool movie. Read his book call the RAGMAN'S SON I READ IT AND THERE ARE SO MUCH THAT WE ALL DONT KNOW ABOUT HIM. WORTH TO READ AND UNDERSTANDING ABOUT HIS LIFE.

i grew up loving kurt douglas - his characters on film - his talents as GREAT actor- and his fight for justice & equality. this black women over 50 has just realizied her love was not misplaced. thank you for always going the extra step. my world is better because of your efforts, talents and GREAT skills! fff

I am a great fan of Kirk Douglas and in my opinion he was robbed of a well deserved Oscar for his great performance in "Lust for Life" I am also a fan of Tony Quinn, but I am baffled as to why he won an award while Kirk was ignored! In anycase thats all long ago now so what prompted me to post a comment was after reading Kirks latest and last book, 90 years of living, loving and learning. I found this book very touching, to sense the manner in which a man of Kirks age views life was fascinating.
