Technically the law is black & white and ideally as Sen. Rogers says "the law ought to be enforced equally to everybody" but historically that rarely been the case.
Does Jim Crow ring a bell?
So, in a country that is so color-conscious & where discrimination is still the norm in many places, why must I believe that 529 is any different?
