Too bad you can't conjugate when you're wrong.
wukillalogic (Wednesday 12th of November 2008 09:25:58 PM)
I think youre using "conjugate" in the right way. And i know im not wrong you can read up on it if you like. You can debate and call me all sorts of names but that doesnt change the facts. Now i will not be responding to anymore of your comments.

Conjugation = you are stupid > you're stupid. WHat do I need to read up on to see Obama's poll numbers? I watched them almost the entire time. It was 49% to 49% for most of the election. Then they hit the liberal states and it started to take off at the end. And he still only won on popular vote for the country by 3%. But the election isn't won by popular vote in the country. It's by state.

You're wrong. He won the final popular vote by almost 7%. If you remove California, Oregon, and Washington (you know, the "liberal states"), he still wins the popular vote 52%-47% and holds a 5,000,000 (that's million) vote lead. Did you even bother to check your numbers?
zztoproadster (Saturday 15th of November 2008 10:25:39 AM)
If you remove Cali, Oregon, and Washington then he lost 73 electoral votes which would put him at 291 and McCain at 209. So those losses woulda been huge to him, because those + a few other losses woulda changed the outcome. There were a few states like Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida that were very close and woulda put McCain over Obama.
robertaldecoa (Saturday 15th of November 2008 01:46:10 PM)
Okay. So if you remove the three states Barack Obama was never going to lose, he still wins. What's your point? First you're spouting wrong popular vote figures, now you're talking electoral votes. Either way, McCain lost - convincingly so. No coulda woulda shouldas will change it.

I'm glad you came to that conclusion all by yourself lol. You talked as if the popular vote mattered; I was just makin sure you knew it's not how it goes. And why was he never going to lose them? Because they are the extreme-liberal. Fact. Along with Colorado. I'm saying liberals depend on a few key states; new york, cali, florida, pennsylvania. I was sayin that if he lost cali, ore, and wash it woulda been bad for him. prolly woulda lost.
robertaldecoa (Saturday 15th of November 2008 05:52:14 PM)
Yeah, Colorado. The state that voted Democrat one time since 1968. Two times now! Extreme liberal. And no, I didn't talk as if the popular vote mattered - that was you. Remember, when you were spouting off numbers you came up with by yourself.
zztoproadster (Sunday 16th of November 2008 01:35:58 AM)
I don't know what to tell you if you don't think Colorado isn't liberal. Winston Churchill? Not just the vote, but the way it was like 60% dem vs 30% rep. And the way they vote on laws and such there. It's just a fact. New York, Cali, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado are KNOWN (meaning fact) as the most liberal. From cali with the gay pride and sanctuary cities to colorado with churchill. If you don't think so, it's bc ur one of them and know of no other way to be.
