WOW, OMG Nicol Bolas! He should be rediculous. [+1] target player discards card a random [-2] target player discards a card and target player draws a card [-4] target player discards thier hand and target player draws that many cards or something really crazy. that is my first idea, but i am sure that he is going to be rediculous

I believe overpowered is the keyword to good ol' Nicol. Wonder if Wizards will ever make a card which says: "Destroy target Planeswalker".

you mentioned how large TOs lost the bank on this policy shift, but for some it wasn't just a record loss: it ended up being Monestary Productions' - the Arizona TO and previous Los Angeles/San Diago TO - death knell. from what I've seen, it's been a pretty big loss here in Arizona. :|

I live in Paris France and I was at the pre-release. I would like to say there is NO way we had 6 boosters per person on average.
