He doesn't "tap" the chord, he slides up to it. xD I mean, yeah you can tap a chord....it won't sound very good though, and there's really no point. The entire point of strumming is so that it sounds loud and clear.

well yea i guess. butt you do tap it. and its hard cuz im not used to doin it. so i think they really shoulda in GH1.
