Very true! I am a proud member of the HSUS and see way too much abuse and neglect!Even pure breds need to be spayed,some are just breeding machines or show animals and will never know what it's like to have a loving home.

Yeah cats should be kept inside and only outside on a leash/harness or in an enclosure.
