It does not take a SIM at all. You can connect to your mobile via bluetooth or use Wifi to connect. Calling is only VOIP from the tablet

I need some help. I have a n800 with os2008. When I try to use Maemo mapper, there is only a blue screen. It worked at first but no wit won't. I reinstalled it as well with no luck. When I import GPX files it crashes. When I try to download it fails. What am I diong wrong?

Thanks for the video. If you're curious to know (and haven't found out already), I think the satellite diagram tells you two things-- their bearing in the sky, and their angle in it. The closer they are to the center of the circle, the higher they are in the sky (I think...). Maybe that info. is useful if you're trying to get a better fix on certain satellites.
