I think Wachovia should make the deal with Wells Fargo. Since when does the government dictate as to can sell what to whom. This is America not Nazi Germany.

This is actually the Govt. acting, for once, in the best interests of the general public. Nothing can be more destructive to capitalism than a monopoly or a near monopoly with colusion between the players. Think OPEC
