Gitmo prison was a case of 'Crimes Against Humanity', those at the highest levels involved and responsible need be tried in an International Court of Law.

When we liberated the nazi concentration camps we made the local civilians line up outside the camps and forced them to see the evil carried out in their name. Then the german women were raped by the liberating soldiers, after all they were complicit in the eyes of the soldiers.
Where would you have been standing? Now where do we stand? We are lined up in our homes, seeing these crimes carried out in our name. Will you stand up and be counted as someone who opposed this or approved?

The thing is, the people in those concentration camps didn't commit war crimes, and they weren't enemy combatants. They were civilians, big difference. At least state the facts when you post a comment. Do you see any children in GITMO?

You are right that the people letting their govt do this should take responsibility, but dont try to justify rape.
worldchangin (Friday 28th of November 2008 11:25:24 AM)
I have reread my comment and interperated loosely it might seem like I was justifying rape. Let me just, for the record, say I am strongly antirape of anyone no matter what they've done. Also, for the record, there HAVE been many children in gitmo and also many (most?) people there are not enemy combatants (POW) but innocent civilians. Gitmo is where it is because it would all be illegal in the US- held without trial and tortured too?
I hope that sets my comment straight and no one is offended

The Federal Reserve never threw a grenade into a group of U.S Army soldiers did they?
BeccaLovesCock (Wednesday 12th of November 2008 07:04:39 AM)
He killed soldiers in the Army and engaged in warfare against the united states. He deserves this...If the retard is going to travel to afghanistan and try blowing up our soldiers i hope he's getting his in gitmo.

Thank you for the level headed insight Whosinchargehere. Everyone is screaming Islam this and Islam that when it is people in our own hemisphere ie Federal reserve that are enslaving us. If people understood money mechanics they'd linch up the people behind the federal reserve.

I think the issue is that he is 15 years old. You treat young offenders differently then you do adults.
